WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IN THE MAIL
The DVD version includes a physical Course Extras Booklet mailed directly to the “ship to” address.
The ONLINE version includes a digital Course Extras Booklet via online access for viewing, downloading or printing.

(All other bonuses and extras are delivered electronically, via instant online access as soon as you place your order.) 

SHIPMENT TRACKING
Within two business days after placing your order, you should receive an email with a link to track your shipment. 
U.S.A. orders will normally arrive within 5 business days.
Outside-U.S.A. orders will normally take about 2 weeks to arrive. Thanks for your patience.
